Nyasha Harmony Gutsa
Nyasha was born in Harare, Zimbabwe. At 17 he earned a scholarship to attend University in New York where he earned a bachelor’s degree and MBA by the age of 21.
He has 7 yrs of software product management experience & has led software engineering teams at Procore, WeWork & Occupier delivering finance and accounting solutions for the real estate and construction industry.
He is a certified flight instructor and commercial pilot typed on the citation business jets.
Grant is a self-proclaimed construction nerd. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the industry working for some of the largest companies in the US building everything from roller coasters to distribution centers to corporate headquarters for the likes of now-defunct Gateway Computers.
In 2008 Grant ventured out to change the construction company culture by starting his own company. The vision was to have a general contracting company with the inspiration and collaborative attitude of a tech start-up.
Determined to improve how “work gets done” Grant focused on researching and integrating industry-specific technology and software into day to day construction operations.
After growing his company to $35M ARR in 10 years Grant made the switch to develop these solutions for others based on experience and a strong desire to improve the industry that he loves.
